One of our successful projects was a 54 unit condo conversion in the Adams Hill neighborhood of Glendale, CA. We named this The Hudson On Adams Hill.

Coming to market in one of our worst real estate downturns in 2007-2008, we understood the desirability of the area and the uniqueness of the product. With our well-planned strategy of holding strong until the market changed and buyers could get loans, we increased our projected revenue by 2X.
The Hudson On Adams Hill sold out quickly and is now known for competitive bidding wars when a unit becomes available.
