This is the tale of two side-by-side trophy buildings located on 6600 Sunset Boulevard in the heart of Hollywood, CA.

Purchasing a 1926 Spanish building with 3 small offices attached, RLG Properties quickly saw the potential of this large parcel after removing old drywall and finding unique architectural scrolls hidden beneath.

The Spanish building was fully renovated with the original brickwork restored and is now occupied by celebrity chef Curtis Stone operating his flagship restaurant, GWEN. The restaurant has had another $4-5 million in renovations and upgrades creating one of the most beautiful restaurant spaces in Los Angeles.

Utilizing the full potential of the adjacent offices, we hired Corsini+Stark, Architects to fulfill the vision of designing a modern-style office/retail building that blends with, and emphasizes the Old Hollywood style of the Spanish building.

The modern creative and executive offices that are known as 6600 Sunset, is symbiotically called the LEGO®  Building, with the international toy company occupying the penthouse floor as their LA home.
